Refund Policy

Automatic refunds

Cancelled and failed orders are refunded to your panel balance. Partial orders are refunded for the remaining quantity.

Completed orders, wrong or private links, and orders affected by changes you make to the profile or post during delivery.

Approved deposits are credited as balance and are not refundable to the original payment method unless required by law.

Open a support ticket with the order ID and we will review it.
